Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Galactic Information Network (“we,” “us,” “our”) through [your website domain], including digital products, printed hard copies, and preorders.

1) All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any purchase, except where required by applicable law.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Change of mind

• Accidental orders

• Not meeting expectations

• Incompatibility with your device, preferences, or lifestyle

• Failure to read the product description before purchase

2) Digital Products (PDFs, downloads, digital access)

Because digital products are delivered immediately (or made accessible upon release) and cannot be “returned,” all digital purchases are final.

• No refunds once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or made available.

• If there is a technical issue caused by us (e.g., broken link, access error), we will provide reasonable support to restore access.

3) Printed Hard Copies (physical products)

All physical product sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [7] days of delivery with:

• your order number

• clear photos of the item

• clear photos of the packaging and shipping label

If verified, we may provide an appropriate remedy at our discretion (such as a replacement of the same item) or as required by law. This is not an exchange for preference—only for damage/defect.

4) Preorders (Digital + Printed)

Preorders are final. The same “All Sales Final” terms apply to all preorders.

5) Non-Delivery, Wrong Address, & Shipping Issues

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery information at checkout.

• If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, reshipment may require additional shipping charges.

• If a carrier marks a shipment as “delivered,” we are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery. Use a secure delivery location.

6) Duplicate Charges / Billing Errors
